How the reservation is made
After filling in and submitting an online booking, you will be sent to your email an automatic reply, which will include the details of the reservation. This is a copy of your requirements. At this stage, it is not yet a confirmation of your order, as it is not certain whether the car you choose is free for your date.
Our car rental company is trying to respond to your requirements as soon as possible, so you can expect information about whether the car is available anytime soon. If not, you will be offered an alternative and at the same time we will agree on the rental price after the email. After confirming the price from your party, the car is subsequently blocked for you so that no one else can book it for this date.
